Ich habe zehn Unternehmen wegen eines Eigentumsstreits um Angebote zur Durchführung eines Land Survey Plat (LSP) gebeten. Ich habe mit Mark Gabert telefoniert. Er war sehr nett und geduldig. Er erklärte den vollständigen Prozess, was von Anfang bis Ende zu erwarten ist und welche Umfrage für das Gericht erforderlich wäre. Mir war das nicht bewusst, aber die Umfrage wurde bei der Stadt eingereicht und ist lebenslang gültig. Sie können Verbesserungsumfragen durchführen lassen, aber der LSP markiert definitiv die Eigenschaftsgrenzen und eine formale Markierung wird platziert. Er war sehr klar über ihre Kalenderverfügbarkeit und im Voraus über ihre Kosten. Sie waren meine erste Wahl, aber aufgrund des Timings haben wir uns für eine andere Firma entschieden, weil sie früher anfangen konnten. Aufgrund der Art des Streits war die Beteiligung der Polizei und ein neuer Zaun anhängig - die Zeit war der wichtigste Faktor für unsere Entscheidung.
