Schreckliche Gesellschaft, Mitarbeiter sind Mobber, unhöflicher und schrecklicher Service.

Absolut abscheuliche Gesellschaft. 5 Jahre nach meiner Abreise habe ich immer noch Probleme.

Schrecklich die schlimmste Erfahrung aller Zeiten. Arbeiten Sie niemals für eine fortschrittliche Pflege. Die Manager schikanieren Mitarbeiter und lassen sie arbeiten und arbeiten, ohne zu berücksichtigen, dass sie ihre Mitarbeiter ausbrennen. Massive Mitarbeiter sind vorbei und das Unternehmen läuft mit dem Geld, das sie von den Arbeitern erhalten, wenn sie gehen, und bittet sie, alle Schulungen zurückzuzahlen, die obligatorisch waren. Ehrlich gesagt war ich schockiert, dass niemand auf diese Organisation geklickt hat. Es gibt immer Jobs, weil sie so Geld verdienen.
Ich habe ihnen eine Bewertung von 0 gegeben und bitte arbeite nie für sie.

Seit ich Abbeyfield, das Family Assessment Center, verlassen habe, bin ich wieder zu Besuch. Ich habe es geliebt, dort zu arbeiten, also konnte ich es kaum erwarten, wieder freiwillig für sie zu arbeiten.
Bei meiner Rückkehr habe ich nur große Veränderungen festgestellt, von der Renovierung bis hin zu Änderungen im Service für die Kunden. Die neue Managerin hat großartige Arbeit geleistet und den Service zu ihrem eigenen Stolz und Vergnügen gemacht.
Es gibt viele negative Bewertungen zu diesem Service, aber ich möchte jeden hart arbeitenden Menschen dazu ermutigen, es auszuprobieren. Ich weiß, wenn Sie hart für ihn arbeiten, werden Sie dort Unterstützung und Dankbarkeit zurückbekommen.
Es ist schön zu sehen, dass der Service so gut gedeiht.
