ÜbersetztMist Service. Seit mehr als 10 Wochen wird seit dem 10. März 2020 eine Polar Ignite repariert, die weniger als 3 Wochen alt war. Der Ignite misst im gleichen Training völlig anders als der M430. Sehr merkwürdig. Keine Kommunikation, es sei denn, Sie posten etwas auf Facebook. Eine neue Uhr, 3 Wochen alt und immer noch keine Lösung, keine neue Uhr, kein Geld zurück, kein Feedback. Per Telefon kaum erreichbar. Chatten Sie nur mit Standardantworten.
ÜbersetztSehr enttäuscht von der Marke Polar, dachte ich, ich hätte vor 6 Jahren eine gute Investition in ein Topmodell getätigt, leider brach es nach etwa 2 Jahren und ich bekam die Option, ein Upgrade des V800 zu einem reduzierten Preis zu kaufen. Nach einem guten Jahr gab es auch Probleme damit, wo sich die Klebeschicht zwischen Bildschirm und Hardware löste. Große Hilfe und erhielt ein Ersatzmodell. Nun zum gleichen Problem für ungefähr 3 Jahre, wieder löst sich der Kleber zwischen dem Bildschirm und der Hardware, so dass Feuchtigkeit eindringen kann. Natürlich ist es wahr, dass die offizielle Garantie abgelaufen ist, aber für eine Uhr von 500/600 Euro sollten Sie damit rechnen, dass Sie damit nicht durchschnittlich zwei Jahre durchhalten. Kundendienstmitarbeiter geben ihr Bestes, aber die Qualität von Polar lässt zu wünschen übrig
