I just received my order from Pocl and I must say, I am impressed! The products are of excellent quality and the packaging was perfect. 👍👍

The customer service at Pocl is very disappointing. They are unresponsive and rude. I had a problem with one of their products and when I reached out for help, they brushed me off and didn't offer a solution. I will never purchase from them again.
