Ein Jahr nach Eröffnung unseres Geschäfts haben wir begonnen, mit Platinum One LLC aus Brookfield, WI, zusammenzuarbeiten. Platinum One LLC bietet interne Zahlungsprogrammdienste an, bietet jedoch NICHT die für die Abwicklung solcher Transaktionen erforderliche Ausrüstung. Stattdessen haben sie uns mit dieser wertlosen Firma (Northern Leasing Systems, NY) zusammengebracht, um POS-Geräte zu leasen. Als eigenständiges Unternehmen mussten wir unterschiedliche Gebühren zahlen. Wir haben uns zunächst auf 109 USD pro Monat für die nächsten vier Jahre geeinigt. ABER natürlich haben sie nicht erwähnt, dass Versicherungs-, Steuer-, Rechnungsgebühren UND eine Jahresgebühr nicht in dem von uns vereinbarten Betrag enthalten waren. Diese zusätzlichen Kosten erhöhten meine monatliche Zahlung auf 140 USD, was nach der vierjährigen Laufzeit insgesamt 6.720 USD ergab. Finden Sie nach einigen Recherchen heraus, dass die Gesamtkosten für die POS-Ausrüstung online ungefähr 350 US-Dollar betragen! ABZOCKE!

Die Geschichte geht weiter. Nach sechs Monaten wurde kein einziger Kunde von mehreren, die eine Finanzierung beantragten, von Platinum One LLC genehmigt. Dies führte natürlich dazu, dass wir die POS-Geräte nicht nutzen konnten. Ich habe mich entschlossen, Dienste bei Platinum One LLC zu kündigen, da sie weder für meine Kunden noch für mich von Nutzen waren. Als ich James (CEO / Eigentümer) fragte, was ich mit den nicht verwendeten Geräten tun sollte, sagten sie im Grunde: "Nicht unser Problem." Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass wir gegen dieses Unternehmen vorgegangen sind. Wir haben einen Anwalt für ungefähr 1.500 US-Dollar engagiert und das auch bereut. Der Anwalt war nicht sehr hilfsbereit und konnte nicht erreichen, was wir wollten.

Da James nicht in der Lage war, zu helfen und all meine Telefonanrufe und E-Mails zu vermeiden, schreibe ich diese Bewertung, damit Jame's versteht, dass es einfach falsch ist, kleine Unternehmen in den USA auszunutzen.

Sie sind Lügner, Diebe und werden dich langsam verarschen, während du sie dafür bezahlst.
