Ich mietete ein Loft mit 1 Schlafzimmer für 2100 Dollar pro Monat, eine anständige Wohnung. Keine Wartung, kein Aussperrungsservice, keine Reaktion auf irgendetwas. Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Gebäudes sind schmutzig. Der Müll wird durch den Aufzug des Bewohners herausgenommen und auf dem ganzen Boden verschüttet, und niemand reinigt ihn. Die Waschmaschine und die Färber sind ein Witz. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Market Street befindet sich nebenan und es gibt ständig Partys, und mein Schlafzimmer hat sich eine Wand mit ihnen geteilt. Das Lebensmittelgeschäft lässt seinen Müll auch tagelang auf dem Bürgersteig liegen. Auch Menschen urinieren am Vordereingang und natürlich wird es nie gereinigt. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie ein- oder ausgehen, gehen Sie durch den Urin. Der Vermieter David Farkas kann sich um nichts kümmern. Ratten laufen zügellos im Keller, überall Kot. Schau woanders hin !!!
