Ich entschied, dass ich essen sollte, bevor ich meinen 4-stündigen Flug nach Seattle nehme, als ich zum Eingang der PHX Beer Co. ging. Ich wurde von der Kellnerin getroffen (nicht begrüßt), nehme ich an? Sie verdrehte buchstäblich die Augen und in einer Wohnung, die mich nicht interessiert, sagt mir diese Jobstimme, ich solle dort sitzen, wo es ein Menü gibt. Nachdem dies gesagt war, drehte sie sich auf ihrem Fußballen und wunderte sich. Und ich auch. Meine Beschwerde betrifft ausschließlich die Person, die dieses Establishment ausgewählt hat, um sie zu vertreten. Ich hoffe, dass sie diese Entscheidung bald neu bewerten.

Das Personal ist super nett. Der Typ hinter der Bar scheint mehr daran interessiert zu sein, mit den Damen an der Bar zu sprechen, als seinen Job zu machen. Es dauerte buchstäblich 15 Minuten, um ein Bier zu bekommen, und es gibt ungefähr 12 Leute im ganzen Ort. Zwei Sterne, einer für das leckere Bier und einer für die Kellnerin. Abzüglich drei Sterne für den Barkeeper.
