Das Buchhaltungspersonal (Annie??) in Phoenix ist unausstehlich, herablassend und unhöflich! Sie ließ mich nicht einmal einen Satz ausreden und redete immer wieder über mich, als ich nur den Servicetermin herausfinden und die Rechnung bezahlen wollte. OH MEIN GOTT! Ich möchte nur bezahlen, was ich schulde, damit ich mich nie mit ihnen auseinandersetzen muss. Nicht zurück!
