Im Vergleich zu den Vorteilen, die für den hohen Preis gezahlt wurden, gab es kaum Dienstleistungen von schlechter Qualität und Kundenservice: Wir wurden am Tag vor unserer Abreise um 18:30 Uhr in einem Hotel derselben Kette gezwungen, umzuziehen, nachdem unsere E-Mails an die Agentur gesendet worden waren Unser in der Dominikanischen Republik gebuchtes Hotel wurde größtenteils renoviert, sodass 1 wichtiger Teil der Leistungen nicht versichert wäre. Mangel an Informationen an Kunden beim Verkauf von Dienstleistungen und mangelnde Reaktionsfähigkeit der Agentur und des Reiseveranstalters. Keine Entschuldigung oder kommerzielle Geste, wir werden diese Agentur für unsere zukünftigen Reisen nicht mehr ansprechen.
