Ich habe am 19. Dezember 2019 eine Stornierungsanfrage gesendet und versuche bis heute, die 4 Abbuchungsaufträge zu sortieren, die im Januar und Februar über mein Konto gegangen sind. (2 von Paybay und 2 von Bidvest, insgesamt R1863)
Jade Arries half mir und hatte versprochen, sich mit Bidvest (ihrem Partner) in Verbindung zu setzen und zurückzukehren. Wie auch immer, in dem Moment, in dem Ihr Kartengerät an sie zurückgegeben wurde, ist diese Firma einfach von der Erde verschwunden, niemand beantwortet meine Anrufe, niemand antwortet auf meine E-Mails.
Ich hatte Jade Arries im Juni zahlreiche E-Mails geschickt und gebeten, meinen ursprünglichen Vertrag einzusehen, er hatte sie alle ignoriert.

Es ist absolut erbärmlich, wie schlecht dieser Service ist. Aufgrund von Fehlern in ihrem System wurden Zahlungen in Geschäften, die diesen Service nutzten, mehrmals abgelehnt. Heute habe ich sogar meine Karte sperren lassen, da sie mehrmals ausgeführt wurde, um die Zahlung durchzuführen - dies hat meine Bank auf betrügerische Aktivitäten aufmerksam gemacht und ich habe jetzt die Rechnung, um das zu beheben, ohne die Produkte, die ich kaufen wollte, und ein tiefes Gefühl des Ärgers. Diese Art von schäbigem Service wirkt sich irreparabel auf Unternehmen und ihren Ruf aus. Das kann sicher nicht akzeptabel sein!

Mein Geschäft nutzt Paybay seit 2015, hatte kein wirkliches Problem. Die Reaktion des Helpdesks bei Bedarf und anderer Mitarbeiter war immer schnell und ohne Probleme. Die angebotenen Einrichtungen sind unglaublich. Servicegebühren sind sehr vernünftig. Die Terminals werden mit einer Batterie betrieben, was bedeutet, dass wir, wenn das Pulver sinkt, immer noch als voll funktionsfähiges Einzelhandelsgeschäft arbeiten können, DIES IST EIN GROSSES PLUS für ein KMU wie myslef.
