Sehr zufrieden mit dem Rat und dem Service, den ich heute erhalten habe. Das Rezept für die Schweineschulter sah vor, dass die Haut entfernt und das Fett darunter geritzt werden muss. Dies geschah ohne zu zögern, und sie haben auch für mich die Haut getroffen. Sehr freundlicher Service und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
