Ich arbeite seit über einem Jahr hier und ich liebe es. Als Life Enrichment Director liegt mein Fokus auf den Bewohnern und ihrem Glück. Das Managementteam als Ganzes konzentriert sich auf die Bewohnerpflege und wir konzentrieren uns darauf, ein positives Umfeld für Bewohner, Mitarbeiter und Bewohnerfamilien zu schaffen. Um das Personal weiterzubilden, gibt es Weiterbildungen.

Absolut schrecklicher Arbeitsplatz. Habe hier viele Jahre gearbeitet. Die alten Besitzer waren nett und großzügig. Als baruch hochrangige Ministerien übernahmen, ging sie erheblich zurück. Bettwanzen in Hülle und Fülle. Das Personal wird angewiesen, in 16-Stunden-Schichten zu arbeiten, manchmal 4 Tage die Woche. Verwaltung schrecklich. Hat Spaß daran, Mitarbeiter und Bewohner zu schikanieren. Dieser Ort sollte geschlossen werden.
