Ich habe gestern 7 Stunden in Kontakt mit OWMM-Technikern verbracht (12:00 bis 700:00 Uhr). Ich hatte eine einmalige Lösung. Ich glaube, es hat wahrscheinlich funktioniert, aber ich werde sehen, wie ich meinen MAC benutze.
Das Hauptproblem, das ich hatte, war das Verstehen der Rede des Technikers. Es war sehr schwierig, Codes usw. einzugeben, weil ich den Akzent einfach nicht verstehen konnte. Die Techniker schienen zu wissen, wovon sie sprachen, aber es dauerte eine Menge Wiederholungen. Ich sprach mit 4 verschiedenen Männern und hatte das gleiche Problem, sie zu verstehen. Ich glaube, sie waren aufrichtig und kompetent, aber die Sprachbarriere war sehr schwierig. Der Prozess schien sehr lang zu sein (7 Stunden)
Ich frage mich jetzt, ob ich betrogen worden sein könnte. Sie wollten zumindest die einmalige Gebühr (250,00 USD). Ich mache mir Sorgen, dass ich der Technik die Kontrolle über meinen Mac übertragen habe.
DIESES UNTERNEHMEN IST EIN BETRUG! VERWENDEN SIE SIE NICHT. Ich bin heute zu Apple gegangen und sie sind sich dieser Firma und ihrer Aktivitäten bewusst. Sie haben ein Popup auf meinem Bildschirm angezeigt, auf das ich geklickt habe. Dann gab es einen Warnbildschirm, dass sich ein Virus in meinem Computer befand und ich einen Computertechniker anrufen musste. Es hieß, ich solle meinen Computer nicht ausschalten, sonst könnte ich alles verlieren. Es gab die Nummer dieser Firma und sie machten ihren Pitch, was ich glaubte. Sie wollen die einmalige Reinigungsgebühr und verkaufen Ihnen möglicherweise Antivirensoftware.
Sie haben den Popup- und Warnbildschirm erstellt. Der Warnbildschirm hatte sogar das Safari-Logo. Es ist nichts falsch mit Ihrem oder meinem Computer. Apple hat meine Maschine überprüft. Verwenden Sie sie nicht.
