Vorteile:
1. Zwei Arbeitstage im Monat von zu Hause aus.
2. Familie wie Aptomosphäre.
3. Die Kernstunden sind von 9 bis 15 Uhr. (Ich habe von 7 bis 15 Uhr gearbeitet - kein Mittagessen)
4. Sechs bezahlte Feiertage müssen 8 Stunden vor und nach / oder die Urlaubszeit nutzen, um bezahlt zu werden.
Nachteile:
1. KEINE JÄHRLICHE ERHÖHUNG!
2. Die Urlaubszeit wird NICHT ausgezahlt, sobald Ihre Kündigung erfolgt ist.
3. Es ist eine Erwartung, dass Sie nach dem Training alles wissen.
- Prozesse sind veraltet und das ist Ihre Arbeitsbibel.
- Datenbank ist veraltet.
4. Online-Design bietet Vorteile, trägt aber nicht als Unternehmen bei.
5. Zu viele Treffen!
6. Die Position Vendor Managers weist den höchsten Umsatz auf. Wenn eine VM ihre Arbeit verlässt, wird sie unter anderen VMs aufgeteilt und irgendwann wird jemand eingestellt.
7. Keine Schulung zu SAP und Ticketeinreichungen für Lieferantenrechnungen. Dies wird als VM viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.
Insgesamt großartige Leute, mit denen man täglich arbeiten kann. Es ist ein sehr stressiges Geschäftsjahresende. Das Letzte, was ich sagen werde, ist, dass Vendor Manager unterschätzt werden.
