Wie können Sie Drogenbeschuldigungen gegen einen Drogendealer fallen lassen, wenn Sie angeben, dass ein Beamter aufgrund eines völlig anderen Vorfalls nicht aussagen kann? Ich habe über 20 Jahre Strafverfolgung, "hebe deine rechte Hand, schwörst du, die Wahrheit zu sagen, die ganze Wahrheit". Nein, wo steht, dass Sie nicht aussagen können, ob Sie eines Angriffs auf einen nicht konformen Verbrecher beschuldigt wurden (unschuldig bis nachweislich schuldig).

Ich bekomme immer wieder Briefe von der Abteilung für Kindergeld, die an den Vorbesitzer meines Hauses gerichtet sind, und wenn ich anrufe, um sie zu informieren, weigern sie sich, ihre Kontaktinformationen zu aktualisieren. Wenn sie sich nicht die Mühe machen könnten, zwei Minuten lang zu recherchieren, würde ich sie nicht einstellen, um mir den Arsch abzuwischen.

Ich habe heute angerufen und nach meinem Fall als Opfer gefragt. Die Frau war so unhöflich, als ich darum bat, den Staatsanwalt zu sprechen (der sehr nett ist und ich ihn schätze) und mit der gemeinsten Einstellung sagt: "Nun, er ist vor Gericht" ich "ok, ich verstehe, ich möchte nur wissen, ob ich einen bekommen könnte Ein bisschen mehr Details. Sie sagt mir das Nötigste und als ich gefragt habe, was das bedeutet, sagt sie, dass sie mich weiterleiten und das Telefon zuschlagen wird. Mit diesen Telefonen wissen Sie, wann sie das absichtlich tun. Wenn Sie Ihren Job nicht mögen. Finden Sie einen anderen Karriere. Aber ich als Opfer, ich will nur Gerechtigkeit. Ich bin sicher, sie würde das gleiche fühlen. Ich bin im Moment mehr als verrückt !!!!!

Ich glaube, wir haben eine ausgezeichnete Staatsanwaltschaft in Bartow, Florida. Jedes Mal, wenn ich eine Frage hatte, waren sie immer sehr hilfreich. Immer freundliche und fürsorgliche Mitarbeiter dort. Ich müsste ihnen 5 Sterne geben.

Ich war am 4. Juli in Lake Wakes. Mein Mann arbeitet und renoviert den Mountainlake-Golfplatz zum 100-jährigen Jubiläum. Ich wollte nach Immobilien für ein mögliches Altersheim suchen. Auf dem Heimweg am Sonntag war ich auf 60E in einer Geschwindigkeitsfalle gefangen und es war die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich als stolzer 35-jähriger FL-Bewohner gemacht habe. Ich dachte nicht, dass das übertroffen werden könnte, bis ich am 13.08.15 vor Gericht ging. Es fühlte sich an wie eine Episode von Duke of Hazzard. Ein Husten, ich habe einen kalten Polizisten, der Richter beeilt sich, um Taschentücher zu besorgen. Ich war mir der aktuellen Ereignisse und des Fokus auf das Verhalten der Polizei nicht genau bewusst. Ich hätte geschworen, dass ich in den 1960er Jahren war. Schande über dich, Polk County, ich werde dich nie wieder betreten und du wirst nie wieder einen Cent von meinem hart verdienten Geld bekommen.
