Ich würde nicht empfehlen, einen Mietvertrag mit dieser Firma zu unterschreiben. Sie sind extrem unorganisiert. Ich habe eine Menge falscher Informationen erhalten, bevor ich mit ihnen gearbeitet habe. Ich war bereit, eine Prämie für eine neue, schlüsselfertige Wohnung zu zahlen, und wurde stattdessen irregeführt. Sie waren wochenlang nach dem vereinbarten Einzugstermin nicht bereit. Der Bau war unvollständig. Gaszähler waren nicht im Gebäude installiert, es gab kein Schließfach für Lieferungen, Arbeitsplatten waren nicht vollständig installiert, Toilettensitz fehlte, kaputtes Schloss an der Tür, Wäsche wurde erst Wochen später installiert usw. Um die Sache noch schlimmer zu machen Sie berechneten mir die Wochen, in denen die Wohnung kein heißes Wasser oder Gas hatte (wohlgemerkt im Dezember) und ignorierten die meisten Probleme, die ich mit ihnen aufgeworfen hatte. Sie beantworten auch keine Anrufe und beantworten E-Mails nur nach eigenem Ermessen. Es gibt keinen Mangel an neuen Entwicklungen in Brooklyn, warum man sich die Mühe macht, mehr für minderwertige Wohnungen und Dienstleistungen zu bezahlen.

Update: Sie haben auch illegal meine Kaution ohne Erklärung oder Antwort gehalten.

Zu Recht die schlechtesten Leute in New York, von denen man mieten kann. Sie sind nicht nur völlig unwillig zu helfen (ich habe schon früher eine Notinstallation bekommen), sondern wir haben ein Vierteljahr mit einem massiven Leck in unserem Badezimmer und einem riesigen Loch in der Decke verbracht ... nur um eine Miete von 200 Dollar zu erhalten Schnitt und fortgesetzte Probleme. Niemand wird Ihnen helfen, wenn sie es tun, wird es Wochen dauern, bis irgendetwas repariert ist. Nachdem ich gezwungen war, die Wohnungsabteilung bei ihnen anzurufen, erfuhr ich, dass sie Tonnen von Zitaten und Beschwerden haben. Tatsächlich gibt es wochenlang ein weiteres großes Loch in unserer Badezimmerdecke, während ich dies tippe, und niemand geht ans Telefon oder passt die Miete an, nachdem ich einem Klempner $ 1700 CASH bezahlt habe, um uns zu helfen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie uns nach dieser Bewertung wirklich nie helfen werden, aber bitte - es lohnt sich nicht mit ihnen. Vertrau mir.
