Das schlechteste Bankensystem, das ich je benutzt habe! Selten kann man einen Bankier bekommen, datierte Systeme, Telefonsystem saugt Zeitraum. Für ein Unternehmen, das vom Kundenservice lebt und dies in seinen Filialen so gut macht, ist der Bankanteil kein gutes Spiegelbild dieses Service.

Meine andere Kreditgenossenschaft ist ebenfalls großartig, aber sie hat ihren Sitz in Kalifornien und ich lebe derzeit in Washington. Der Kundenservice ist erstklassig. Das Anzeigen von Kontoauszügen und Ihrer Bankaktivität usw. online ist leider bei weitem nicht so gut wie bei anderen Banken. Und ich wünschte, es gäbe eine Telefon-App, aber vielleicht in der Zukunft.
