Als Kunde empfand ich die Anlage als gut gepflegt und mit freundlichem und aufmerksamem Personal ausgestattet. Allerdings war ich vom Grad der Kommunikation und Koordination zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen etwas enttäuscht. Es gab Fälle, in denen ich das Gefühl hatte, dass Informationen nicht konsequent kommuniziert wurden, was zu Verwirrung und Unannehmlichkeiten führte. Auch wenn die Ausstattung ausreichend war, bin ich der Meinung, dass es Verbesserungspotenzial hinsichtlich der Modernisierung und Modernisierung der Einrichtungen gibt.
