Super zufrieden mit meiner Wohnung und dem Gebäude im Allgemeinen. Es ist etwas teurer als andere Wohnungen, die ich mir angesehen habe, aber ich habe einen großen Hund, der aufgrund seiner Größe an den meisten Orten nicht willkommen ist, und ich denke, der Unterhalt / die Wartung ist viel höher als bei anderen Optionen in der Stadt. Wartung Guru Larry ist unglaublich und tut alles, um eine gute Erfahrung zu bieten. Ich fühle mich immer wohl, wenn ich ihm Fragen stelle oder Arbeitsaufträge nachverfolge. Außerdem ist er sehr nett zu meinem Hund, also zusätzliche Bonuspunkte dafür.

Das Newbern ist ein gutes Wohnhaus. Gute Lage und die Apartments selbst sind gut gepflegt. Ich würde 5 Sterne geben, außer dass der Aufzug häufig kaputt geht und der Waschraum nicht sauber ist. Wartungsanfragen sind jedoch sehr schnell und der mit Personal ausgestattete Paketzustellraum ist ein netter Vorteil.
