Dr. Prechtl ist der Beste. Ich habe zwei Fußoperationen von ihr durchführen lassen und beide waren erfolgreich und verliefen sehr reibungslos. Sie war vom ersten Besuch an sehr informativ, da sie mir alle Optionen gab, die in Bezug auf meinen Zustand verfügbar waren (Hallux Rigidus). Sie stellte auch sicher, dass ich sie kontaktieren konnte, wenn es postoperative Probleme gab. Dr. Prechtl führte auch eine erfolgreiche Operation an meiner Frau wegen Ballen durch. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Tolle Übung von allem, was ich erlebt habe. Hatte einen wirklich grob eingewachsenen Zehennagel, den sie über zwei Wochen mit mir zusammengearbeitet hatten, um ihn zu behandeln und zu entfernen, beide mit der wunderbaren Krankenschwester, die sie im Personal haben.

Dr. Ptetchl entfernte meinen Zehennagel nach einem kleinen Unfall. Sie war in Eile und zwischen Patienten und gab mir keine sehr klaren postoperativen Anweisungen. Und als ich am Sonntag mit einer möglichen Infektion anrief, brauchte sie zwei Tage, um meinen Anruf zu erwidern.

Ungenaue Informationen, lange Wartezeiten und insgesamt mangelnde Rücksichtnahme auf den Kunden ... Mir wurde zweimal gesagt, dass er für meinen Versicherungsschutz im Netzwerk sei. Ich habe einen Termin gebucht, die Arbeit frühzeitig verlassen und dafür gesorgt, dass jemand mein Kind aus der Kindertagesstätte abholt, um an dem Termin teilzunehmen. Nachdem ich 45 Minuten auf meinen Termin gewartet hatte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mir fälschlicherweise mitgeteilt wurde, dass sie sich im Netzwerk befinden, und dass ich eine teure Zuzahlung erhalten würde, wenn ich den Termin einhalten würde. Sie hatten kein Interesse daran, eine Lösung zu finden, da dies nur ein Ärger für mich war und für sie keinen Unterschied machte.

Dr. Do ist absolut erstaunlich. Sie ist sehr nett und sympathisch. Alles wurde mir klar erklärt und ich wusste genau, was die Pläne und erwarteten Ergebnisse sein könnten.
