Mein s / o hat vor Monaten einen Besuch geplant, wurde für ihren Besuch gesehen und war mit dem Service ihres Anbieters zufrieden - das hat also nichts mit der Praxis der Medizin zu tun. Als sie jedoch ankam, wurde ihr mitgeteilt, dass ihre Versicherung den Besuch abdecken würde. Eine Woche später erhält sie von der Klinik eine Benachrichtigung, dass ihre Versicherung diese Klinik tatsächlich nicht abdeckte und dass sie alles aus eigener Tasche bezahlen müsste, da sowohl die Klinik als auch der Anbieter nicht im Netzwerk waren. Überall, wo wir hingehen, VOR EINEM BESUCH BEI Zahnärzten, Spezialisten und dringenden Patienten (mit Ausnahme der Notaufnahme) wird uns gesagt, was unsere Vorteile sind, wie viel unsere Zuzahlungen / Deckung beinhalten, und normalerweise ist es nicht genau und wir Einige Wochen später erhalten Sie eine Rechnung für einen kleinen Teil, der nicht gedeckt ist - die Realität der Versicherung. Aber ich war noch nie an einem Ort, an dem ich gelogen habe, dass ein Besuch, geschweige denn der spezifische Dr., völlig außerhalb des Netzwerks liegt. Wie können Sie solche Schwarzweißinformationen falsch erhalten? Es ist weder effizient noch fair gegenüber dem Patienten / Kunden. Ich habe eine Vielzahl von Krankenversicherungen in Anspruch genommen und war in den letzten 10 Jahren in verschiedenen Bundesstaaten bei Chiro, Pt, Notfallversorgung, Neuro, Augenärzten, Zahnärzten, Massagen und psychiatrischen Praxen. Sie alle würden mir zumindest sagen, dass ich gedeckt war. Sie müssen Ihre Versicherungspraktiken verbessern. Was für eine Abzocke.
