Ich habe meine CISR-Bezeichnung im Mai 2020 abgeschlossen und es ist jetzt September 2020. Ich habe mein CISR-Diplom und die nach Abschluss versprochene Anstecknadel noch nicht erhalten. Ich habe unzählige Stunden damit verbracht, E-Mails zu schreiben, in der Warteschleife zu sitzen und mit verschiedenen Vertretern der National Alliance live zu chatten, und habe immer noch kein Diplom erhalten. Voicemails werden nicht zurückgeschickt, E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet und ihre Defizite werden völlig ignoriert. Natürlich wurde die COVID-Karte gezogen, was ich voll und ganz verstehe, dass sie die Art und Weise beeinflusst hat, wie die Dinge normalerweise gehandhabt werden, aber COVID kann nicht die Schuld an den Problemen mit der Kommunikation und dem Mangel daran sein. Es besteht ein gravierender Mangel bei der Kommunikation und der rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung von Diplomen. Wenn Sie sich für einen ihrer Kurse anmelden, müssen Sie betteln und um ein Abschlusszertifikat bitten. Ich hoffe, sie lösen das Problem bald!
