Als Immobilienverwalter schätze ich den Service, das Engagement und die Professionalität, die NAC den Kunden meines Unternehmens bietet. Wir arbeiten seit über 30 Jahren mit NAC zusammen und diese Beziehung hält aufgrund der positiven Ergebnisse, die sie uns für unsere Kunden ermöglichen, an.

Die Person, die das Fahrzeug Nummer 269 fährt, ist extrem unhöflich!!!!!

Diese Firma hat den Wartungsvertrag für unsere Kessel und Kältemaschinen. Sie können überhaupt keine Ausrüstung warten! Sie reparieren nur, wenn sie kaputt sind. Ich glaube nicht einmal, dass sie wissen, was PM bedeutet. Vorbeugende Wartung! Schlag es nach! Sie haben unseren Kühler in dieser Saison bereits dreimal ausfallen lassen und einmal über zwei Wochen gebraucht, um das Problem zu beheben. Diese Firma muss Schüler frisch aus dem Nichts einstellen.

Diese Firma ist für die Klimaanlage in meinem Apartmentkomplex in DC zuständig. Es scheint, als wären sie jede Woche hier. Sie haben uns versichert, dass der Austausch der Kühler im letzten Jahr alle Probleme vermeiden würde, aber es hat es noch schlimmer gemacht. Dann berechnen sie uns extra, um hierher zu kommen, da sie so beschäftigt sind und behaupten, dass sie sich Zeit nehmen müssen. Wenn sie so mit der großen Firma umgehen, die mein Gebäude verwaltet, stellen Sie sich die Arbeit vor, die sie in Ihrem Haus erledigen werden. Wären wir nur nicht in einem Vertrag mit ihnen festgefahren, hätten wir schon vor Jahren einen anderen Dienstleister gefunden.
