Unsere Familie hatte am 30.12.17 gebucht, darunter 3 Jahre Kind,
aber sie sagten, dass unter 15 Jahren nicht akzeptieren,
und versprochen, sofort zu erstatten,
aber ab dem 10.01.18,
sie erstatten noch nicht,
Das Schlimmste ist, dass sie sagen, dass die Rückerstattung an Corporate geht, aber nicht bereit ist, die Kontakttelefonnummer des Unternehmens zu informieren.
Ich habe ein paar Mal eine Fondsanfrage per E-Mail gesendet und konnte noch kein Feedback erhalten.
