Ich hatte kürzlich eine nicht so schöne Bewertung abgegeben und möchte mich für mein schnelles Temperament entschuldigen! Ich war verärgert, weil ich einen CTScan auf einen Knoten in meiner Lunge bekommen hatte und sie mich nicht nehmen konnten, weil sie sagten, meine Überweisung sagte, dass sie für einen späteren Zeitpunkt datiert war! Ich hatte den Arzt nach dieser Sache gefragt, weil es viel zu spät war und er sagte nein, dass es bedeutet, es bis zu diesem Datum erledigen zu lassen! Der Tag, an dem ich es erledigte, war ein schlechter Tag für mich. Ich fühlte mich nicht gut und es strömte heraus und ich plante eine weitere App für diesen wichtigen Scan neu! Als ich abgewiesen wurde, war ich so verärgert, aber ich möchte mich entschuldigen und es zurücknehmen, weil es nicht der Fehler dieser Einrichtung war !! Sie haben seitdem angerufen und mit mir gesprochen und versucht, mir zu helfen, es früher zu bekommen, aber es liegt in den Händen des Arztes, den ich wechseln werde, weil meine Pflege nicht an erster Stelle steht. Aber ich möchte andere wissen lassen, dass dieser Ort sehr professionell ist und sie haben andere Tests an mir durchgeführt und einen tollen Job gemacht! Sie sind schnell und genau und wissen, was sie tun! Ich hatte eine offene MRT, weil ich klaustrophobisch bin und sie konnten mich in eine geschlossene MRT bringen, was erstaunlich ist !! Vielen Dank, dass Sie so einen unglaublichen Job gemacht haben, besonders durch all diesen Virus!
