Brenda die Rezeptionistin ist sehr unhöflich und unangenehm! Ich rief an, um den Vorgesetzten einiger Mitarbeiter zu suchen. Sie hat mich an den Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet, bei dem ich mich erkundige, um dorthin zu gelangen, wenn die Befehlskette für sie bereitgestellt wird, um eine Lösung zu finden

Ich war nicht zufrieden mit der Betreuung meiner Tochter. Sie haben nicht versucht, mit ihrem Verhalten irgendwelche Lösungen anzubieten. Meiner Meinung nach sollen ein Tagesprogramm und die Eltern / Erziehungsberechtigten zusammenarbeiten.
