Ich beauftragte sie mit dem Kauf eines 100-Gallonen-Kraftstofftransfertanks und fragte speziell, ob der Transfertank sowohl für Benzin als auch für Dieselkraftstoff verwendet werden könnte (Dominicks Antwort war ja). Cheryl übernahm nach einer Bestellung. Es wurden weitere Untersuchungen durchgeführt, um zu beurteilen, ob der Umfülltank Titel 49 erfüllen würde, der die Verwendung als tatsächlicher DOT-Umfülltank und nicht nur als Lagertank genehmigt. Cheryl wurde sofort defensiv und stornierte meine Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen. Ich rief sie an, um mich nach dem Grund zu erkundigen, und ihre Antwort war "Ich kann mich entscheiden, an niemanden zu verkaufen, und ich entscheide mich, nicht an Sie zu verkaufen".
