Sehr enttäuscht von der Betreuung / Betreuung meiner Großmutter in einer ihrer Einrichtungen. Korrekturanfragen in Bezug auf medizinische Probleme müssen mehrmals eingereicht werden, bevor sie bearbeitet werden können. Wartungsanfragen werden nicht rechtzeitig erledigt. Die Betreuung Ihres älteren Familienmitglieds anderen anzuvertrauen, ist bereits eine äußerst schwierige Entscheidung / ein äußerst schwieriger Prozess. Derzeit kann ich ihre Pflegeeinrichtung nicht empfehlen.

Genau! Stellen Sie KEINE Ihrer Lieben in eine ihrer Einrichtungen! Sie werden Ihre Miete ohne Vorankündigung erhöhen, die Menschen, die sie beschäftigen, haben einen kriminellen Hintergrund, und außerdem ist ihre mangelnde Fürsorge für ihre Bewohner offensichtlich. Ich habe in einer ihrer Einrichtungen gearbeitet und was ich gesehen habe, ist alles, was sie interessiert, ist Ihr Geld. Sie haben hohe Beschäftigungsumsätze und werden jeden höher stellen, weil sie wenig Personal haben. Die Einrichtungen sind außen schön, aber lassen Sie sich nicht täuschen, was ich dort sah, war widerlich.

Stellen Sie Ihre Lieben nicht in Einrichtungen auf, die diesem Unternehmen gehören. Sie kümmern sich nur um Ihr Geld.

Ich habe Anfang 2016 bei Milestone angefangen, nachdem ich für eine Reihe anderer Altersvorsorgeunternehmen in unterschiedlichen Funktionen gearbeitet hatte. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich zuversichtlich sagen kann, dass ich diese Arbeit wahrscheinlich immer noch nicht machen würde, wenn ich nicht für Milestone arbeiten würde. Es ist das erste Unternehmen, dessen Mission es ist, die Bewohner gut zu versorgen, die Teammitglieder zu unterstützen und die Teammitglieder auf allen Ebenen zu ermutigen, das Richtige zu tun. Ich weiß, dass ich das Glück habe, in dieser außergewöhnlichen Position / Gemeinschaft / Gebäude zu sein, und ich weiß, dass es Menschen gibt, die schlechte Entscheidungen treffen, die sich negativ auf andere Menschen auswirken. Ich habe jedoch die Erfahrung gemacht, dass diese Firma, wenn Sie sie fragen würden, sie dabei unterstützen würde, das Richtige zu tun, auch wenn es nicht einfach ist. Ich liebe meinen Job und das liegt daran, dass Milestone ein Teil meines Alltags ist.
