Mehrere Versuche unternommen, diese Agentur für Reparaturen von Seniorenheimen zu kontaktieren, und es gab keine Rückrufe von MORPC.

Absolut schreckliche Erfahrung. Kip Mattson &tracey Goebel hatte am 2. Februar 2018 mit Diamond Builders und mir einen Vertrag über die Reparatur meiner Kastenrinnen unterzeichnet. Sie sagten, das Ziel des Programms sei es, den Nahen Osten hübsch zu machen. Die Vertragssumme betrug 13.000. Ich wurde am 30. März von Kip angerufen und sagte, dass sie den Vertrag mit Diamond kündigen und einen neuen Auftragnehmer für 6,5k gefunden hätten. Entschuldigung auch für den Durchlauf. Ich wurde gebeten, den Vertrag am 17. April um 9 Uhr zu unterschreiben, damit war ich einverstanden. Rückruf als gesagt 11 Uhr. Ok auch bis ich zur Arbeit musste und absagen musste. Dann wurde mir gesagt, dass der Auftragnehmer jeden Montag um 9 Uhr morgens stand. Mir blieb die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag mit Tracey und Kip um 9 Uhr am 30. April zu unterzeichnen. Ja wirklich! Ohne einen Auftragnehmer zu treffen? Wie sehr sehr beleidigend. Kip hat einen gekündigten Vertrag in meinem Briefkasten hinterlassen, nicht einmal in einem Briefumschlag mit Briefmarke. Ich glaube, das ist bundesrechtlich illegal. Diese Personen können Gelder zuweisen. Oh, um das Ganze abzurunden, sind die Häuser meiner drei afroamerikanischen Nachbarn fertiggestellt. Na ja, ich denke, arme Weiße spielen keine Rolle.
