An alle, die mit dieser Firma interviewen werden. Bitte seien Sie darauf vorbereitet, sich ausführlich über Ihre berufliche Laufbahn und Ihr Wissen zu informieren. Meine Erfahrung war während des Interviewprozesses unangenehm. Unwillkommene Umgebung und grenzüberschreitende Arroganz einiger Personen. Thomas Vacca, einer der Interviewer, stellte unerbittlich / unhöflich meine berufliche Laufbahn in Frage und fragte, wen ich kenne und warum ich frühere Unternehmen verlassen habe. Ich habe das Gefühl, nicht wahr zu sein oder etwas zu verstecken, als ich mich tatsächlich mit Micro Stamping verabredete, nachdem sie mich auf der Suche nach einem Kandidaten angerufen hatten. Während des Grillens und als meine Antworten nicht seinen Wünschen entsprachen, schien er den Kopf gesenkt zu haben. Leider habe ich nach der zweiten Frage aufgegeben und bin mitgegangen. Leider habe ich vor meiner Bewerbung nicht über dieses Unternehmen recherchiert. Frank Semcer, der Leiter der Personalabteilung, war nett, hatte aber nicht den Anstand, auf meine E-Mail nach dem Interview zu antworten und ihm für die Gelegenheit zu danken, sich mit ihm zu treffen.
Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, wie giftig die Arbeitsumgebung bei Micro ist. Es ist unglücklich und es ist eine Lektion gelernt.
