Ein paar Wochen schneller Vorlauf: Meine Frau und ich haben Escrow mit unserem Hauptkreditgeber eröffnet. Wir waren zu einer Inspektion in unserem zukünftigen Zuhause und ich sehe zufällig ein Paket von Dokumenten, die mit dem Namen MEINER UND MEINER FRAU GEÖFFNET sind und an das Haus gerichtet sind, in dem wir noch nicht einmal leben. Der derzeitige Mieter, der auf diesem Grundstück wohnte, ging die Dokumente durch, während die Papiere auf einem Tisch verteilt waren. Dieses Paket enthielt alle unsere persönlichen und privaten Informationen, einschließlich:
- Unser Darlehensbetrag und unser monatlicher Zahlungsbetrag
- Unsere aktuelle Wohnadresse
- Unsere beiden Sozialversicherungsnummern
- Unsere beiden Handynummern
- Informationen zu unseren beiden Arbeitgebern (Adresse, Telefonnummern usw.)
- Unsere beiden Gehaltsinformationen
- Schuldenvermögen und -verbindlichkeiten
- Kredit-Scores

BENUTZEN SIE DIESES UNTERNEHMEN NICHT. Alle seine Antworten auf negative Bewertungen lauteten: Wir haben unsere Mitarbeiter geschult und hoffen, dass sie diesen Fehler nicht noch einmal machen. Oder Da wir Ihnen geholfen haben, haben wir ein neues Team von Mitarbeitern eingestellt, damit wir unsere Kredite ordnungsgemäß bearbeiten können. Vielleicht sollte dieses Unternehmen versuchen, seine vertraulichen Prozesse auf Fehler zu prüfen, bevor neue Mitarbeiter eingestellt werden.
