Ihr Mitbewohner zieht aus, das Management sagt Ihnen, dass Sie den Raum füllen müssen, aber sie müssen genehmigen. Kein Problem. Sie erledigen die ganze Arbeit, um zusätzliche Mitbewohner zu finden, schicken sie an das Management, das ihnen dann eine andere Stelle anbietet, sodass Sie die volle Miete zahlen können, obwohl Sie alles tun, was sie Ihnen sagen.
Sie handhabten auch schrecklich Corona. Einer der Mieter weigerte sich, sich sozial zu distanzieren oder keine Daten mehr zu bringen, als die Stadt geschlossen wurde. Die Spannungen nahmen zu und das Management versuchte ihn in eine andere ahnungslose Mitbewohnersituation zu bringen.
Sie hatten auch keine Ahnung, dass sie gesetzlich verpflichtet waren, 1) innerhalb von 14 Tagen eine Kaution zu hinterlegen und 2) in New York City nicht mehr die erste und letzte Kaution zu erheben. Sie sind ein Immobilienunternehmen, das die Immobiliengesetze nicht kennt. Um jeden Preis vermeiden.
