Kürzlich erholte sich meine 78-jährige Mutter nach einer Knieoperation bei Mercy. Ich habe sie mehrmals besucht und fand sie glücklich und gut aufgehoben. Sie genoss das Essen, bekam oft mehr als erwartet, hatte große Resonanz von der Hilfe und wurde von der Reha-Gruppe hervorragend behandelt. Sie persönlich war glücklich darüber, wie sie zu einer gesünderen Genesung gedrängt wurde.
Ich war erfreut über das Personal und die Regisseurin und ihr Team, die sich alle Mühe gaben, um sicherzustellen, dass sie glücklich und komfortabel war. Sie haben wirklich zuhörende Ohren und fürsorgliche Herzen bei Mercy!

Meine Mutter ist vor über einem Jahr verstorben. Sie verbrachte ihre letzten vier Monate bei Mercy. Ich lebe in einem anderen Bundesstaat und war gerade zu Besuch in Kalifornien. Wenn ich dorthin gehe, denke ich natürlich immer an meine Mutter, und ich dachte an Mercy und die wunderbare Betreuung, die sie erhielt, und dachte, ich würde eine Bewertung abgeben. Für mich als Einwohner außerhalb des Staates war es mir so wichtig, dass meine Mutter gut aufgehoben war. Ich habe sie in den letzten vier Monaten oft besucht, da wir wussten, dass sie nicht lange hatte. Meine Mutter wurde von allen mit größtem Respekt und Mitgefühl behandelt, sei es von Tamra, der Regisseurin, und ihren direkten Mitarbeitern. die Krankenschwestern; oder die Wartungsmannschaft. Sie alle waren einfach unglaublich mit ihr (und uns als ihrer Familie). Sie haben mich immer begrüßt und alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Sie waren voller Freundlichkeit und Mitgefühl. Ich fühle mich sehr gesegnet, dass sie bis zum Ende in einer so großartigen Umgebung war. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Das Mercy Care Center ist für den Ruhestand in Ordnung, NICHT GUT für die Betreuung auf betreuter oder qualifizierter Krankenpflege. Sie haben einen guten Koch, einen guten Speisesaal vom Typ Restaurant ... aber die Pflege im Zimmer ist schrecklich. Mein Bruder war 6 Monate dort ... im qualifizierten und betreuten Wohnen ... schließlich rund um die Uhr im Bett für die letzten 2 Monate. Er wurde NICHT sauber gehalten, wartete STUNDEN nach dem Drücken des Knopfes, um Hilfe zu rufen ... Wochen zum Baden ... über 6 Wochen, um seine Haare shampoonieren zu lassen ... Es gibt eindeutig den Anspruch der Barmherzigkeit, eine katholische Einrichtung zu sein, wie es war einmal, aber mein Bruder konnte nicht einmal die Kommunion nach der Sonntagsmesse in Mercys Auditorium zu ihm bringen lassen. Ich lebte weit weg, konnte also nur anrufen und mich beschweren und um bessere Pflege bitten ... aber solche wurde nicht gegeben. Mein Rat: Bleiben Sie weg, wenn Sie nicht mobil sind, oder ziehen Sie Ihren Verwandten von dort weg, wenn er / sie mehr Hilfe benötigt. Der Administrator
sollte durch jemanden ersetzt werden, der ihren Job besser versteht. Die Abrechnungsabteilung hat KEIN Problem mit ihrer Arbeit ... unsere monatlichen Kosten stiegen auf über 8300 US-Dollar (für aufgelistete Dienstleistungen, die nicht erbracht wurden). Ich protestierte und ließ diese riesige Rechnung reduzieren, nachdem ich mich geweigert hatte, sie zu bezahlen.

Gott sei Dank kam 3 Wochen vor seinem Tod endlich eine freundliche Hospizkrankenschwester an. Er badete ihn dreimal pro Woche im Bett, wusch sich die Haare und hielt ihn sauber und bequem. Segne Sie.
