Vor 2 Wochen war ich für meine Tochter (27 Monate alt) da, die winzige Legostücke in ihre beiden Nasenlöcher gesteckt hat. Ich war gegen 19 Uhr dort. Der Fall wurde eingereicht. Es gab einen Notfall und so warteten alle geduldig.
Nach 1,5 Stunden rief die Krankenschwester nach meiner Tochter und überprüfte ihren Herzschlag und Puls und sagte uns, wir sollten bis zum Anruf des Arztes warten.
Gegen 21 Uhr kam wieder eine andere Krankenschwester und erklärte mir, dass sie kein spezielles Instrument haben, mit dem sie festsitzende Gegenstände aus der Nase entfernen könnten (sie war dieselbe Krankenschwester, die den Fall aufschrieb, also war sie sich der Situation bewusst) und erzählte es uns nach Bacchus Marsh gehen. Also sagte ich ihr, dass du die Situation meiner Tochter kennst und nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit sagst du mir, dass es kein Instrument gibt ??? Ich bitte sie, den Arzt zu bitten, sie zuerst zu untersuchen. Sie war beim Arzt und sagte mir, dass sie ein Instrument haben und sagte mir, ich solle warten.
Wieder warten und fast um 10:20 Uhr kam der Arzt und sagte mir nur, dass ich wegen keinem speziellen Instrument nach Bacchus Marsh gehen muss. Zu dieser Zeit war ich ein bisschen verärgert und fragte, warum es falsches Management gibt? Und der Arzt, der mir so grob antwortet, dass es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt, wenn Sie gehen wollen, ist es Ihre Wahl?
Ich war frustriert, weil fast alle anderen Patienten genommen wurden (sogar einige, die um 9 kamen, wurden genommen) und meine Tochter, die 2 Jahre alt ist, hat es um fast 10:30 nach Bacchus Marsh geschickt ???
Mehr als 3 Stunden lang hat der Arzt sie nicht einmal untersucht, ohne sie spät in der Nacht zu überprüfen und in ein anderes Zentrum zu schicken. Ich war als Notfall dort, weil sie nicht atmen kann, wenn es tief im Inneren steckt. Aber der Arzt wollte sich nicht einmal die Situation des Patienten ansehen.
Das Schlimmste passiert mir.
Ich werde niemals jemandem empfehlen, im Notfall da zu sein.
