Meli Tours/TLT lieferte einen Shuttlebus vom Flughafen Rhodos zu unserem Hotel in Rhodos-Stadt. Ich habe dummerweise meine Brieftasche im Shuttlebus gelassen, der abfuhr, bevor ich meinen Fehler bemerkte. Ich kontaktierte die Firma, die den Fahrer anrief und die Brieftasche wurde gefunden und mit dem nächsten Shuttlebus zu meinem Hotel zurückgebracht

Nur einen Ausflug mit Meli Tour machen.... Leider weiß eine der Guides, Magdalena, nicht, wie man mit Firmenkunden umgeht, ist unhöflich .... Mangel an Manieren. Sie sollte Meli Tour nicht vertreten. Der Kunde verdient keine schlechte Behandlung, solange der Kunde eine Dienstleistung oder eine Reise bezahlt.
