- Wir haben am 26.11.2019 die zweite Anfrage für dasselbe Dokument erhalten. Ich habe am 02.12.19 angerufen und mit einer Vertreterin gesprochen. Als ich sie bat, sich vorzustellen, sagte sie, dies sei Val, erklärte ich ihr die Situation , sie prüft und sagt, wir haben es erhalten, aber sie haben noch nicht hochgeladen.
- Wir haben die dritte Anfrage für dasselbe Dokument vom 09.12.19 erhalten. Dieses Mal haben wir das Dokument an die Faxnummer gefaxt, die auf dem Formular am 12.12.19 angegeben war.
- Jetzt haben wir die 4. Anfrage vom 17.12.19 erhalten. Ich habe sie heute am 19.12.19 gegen 13 Uhr angerufen. Eine Dame hat den Anruf beantwortet, ohne sich vorzustellen. Ich habe darum gebeten, sich vorzustellen. Sie sagte Makayla, ich habe gefragt Für ihren Bürostandort befand sie sich ohnehin in der Unternehmenszentrale in Glendale, Kalifornien. Sie hatte absolut keine Manieren. Ich bat um ein Gespräch mit einem Vorgesetzten und sie sagte, wir hätten keinen Vorgesetzten auf Abruf! Sie sagte, ich bin die einzige, die Ihnen helfen kann. Ich sagte, wir haben diesen Weg schon einmal durchlaufen und wir haben immer noch das gleiche Problem. Ich würde gerne mit einem Vorgesetzten sprechen oder sie mich anrufen lassen und sie lehnte ab!
Wenn ich diese Firma unter Null bewerten könnte, würde ich sie mindestens mit 1 Stern bewerten, den sie nicht verdienen. Der beste Weg, um dieses Unternehmen zu erklären, ist: INKOMPETENT, INKOMPETENT, INKOMPETENT!
