Nada más abrir la caja he visto que la máquina ha sido usada, He recibido una máquina usada, lo he reclamado inmediatamente y aún no me lo han solucionado y aún no me han devuelto el dinero, dicen que está manipulado y no lo han enviado así, estoy alucinando ya que yo como cliente lo he recibido tal cual y lo he reclamado inmediatamente y aún no me lo han solucionado, solo quiero que me devuelvan el dinero y ya no compro nada más con esta tienda, quiero solución ya, tan rápido como me han cobrado el dinero
