Medford Care Center Rezension

I had a mixed experience with the care center. While some aspects were satisfactory, there were certain areas that needed improvement. The staff was friendly, but the facilities were not up to par. Overall, it was an average experience.

Ich wünschte, ich könnte sechs Sterne geben. Wir hatten meine Mutter dieses Jahr in vielen ähnlichen Einrichtungen und das Medford Care Center war bei weitem das beste. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches und fürsorgliches Personal. Sie gingen über das hinaus, was zu erwarten war.

Meine Mutter war eine Patientin für die Reha. Zum Glück konnte sie es selbst schaffen. Sie sind sehr kurz besetzt. Ihr Zimmer war nicht sauber, als wir ankamen, ihr wurde nur eine Dusche für die zehn Tage angeboten, die sie dort war. Ihre Wäsche wurde nie gemacht, obwohl ich bei unserer Ankunft nach einem Wäscheservice fragte.

Ich hatte meine Schwiegermutter für kurze Zeit hier und ich habe nur Gutes über die Einrichtung zu sagen. Ihre Betreuung, sowohl die Pflege als auch die Reha, war fantastisch. Ich war immer in Kontakt mit dem Personal und alle meine Fragen und Bedenken wurden umgehend beantwortet.

Meine Erfahrung mit der Einrichtung ist eine, von der ich hoffe, dass ich sie nie wieder erleben muss. In dieser Einrichtung schicken Sie Ihre Lieben zum Sterben. Sie müssen leiden und an schmerzhaftem Tod sterben. Ich hatte mehrere Gespräche mit der Einrichtung sowie dem Samariter-Hospiz über die Medikamente meiner Tochter. Jedes Mal, wenn ich sie sah, hatte sie extreme Schmerzen. Meine Tochter nahm Morphium und zwei weitere Medikamente und war immer hellwach. Ich fragte warum und bekam den Umweg. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und verärgert. Ich sprach mit der Krankenschwester von Samariter über das Medikationsproblem und weniger als 7 Stunden später erhielt ich einen Anruf, den meine Tochter weitergab.
