Sie wissen nicht, dass sie für die Gemeinschaft arbeiten, sie denken, wir arbeiten für sie.

Sie schaffen nie etwas und werden immer wieder versichern, dass sie sich um Probleme mit Ihrem Zuhause kümmern werden. Deborah, unsere zugewiesene Person in dieser Firma, war nur Gerede und als ich sie 9 Monate lang zum Abschieben rief, versuchte sie mich herabzusetzen und wurde sehr defensiv. Sie war total unprofessionell und insgesamt schrecklich im Umgang. Sie bestand darauf, dass ein Großteil unserer HOA für Verwaltungsgebühren und deren Zahlung verwendet wird, aber WOFÜR???? Sie erreichen nichts und bestehen dann darauf, dass das Geld ihre Kosten trägt?? Und dann, um das Ganze abzurunden, haben sie, nachdem sie uns fast ein ganzes Jahr lang abgedrängt hatten, all unsere Probleme auf eine neue Verwaltungsgesellschaft abgeladen. Wenn Sie diese Firma haben, die Ihr Eigentum verwaltet, VIEL GLÜCK!

Diese Agentur weiß einfach, wie Sie Ihr Geld ausgeben, ausgeben und ausgeben müssen, bis das Budget aufgebraucht ist, und sie werden Ihren monatlichen Betrag erhöhen, aber nichts tun. Zu viele Ausgaben, die keinen Sinn machten. Das eigentliche Problem ist immer noch da und Sie als Hausbesitzer müssen sich selbst darum kümmern.
