Ich rief an, um ein Treffen mit einem ihrer Mitarbeiter zu vereinbaren. Die Sekretärin teilte mir mit, dass niemand im Büro sei und ich eine Nachricht hinterlassen könne. Ich habe nach 3 Tagen keinen Anruf erhalten, also habe ich beschlossen, zurückzurufen. Die Sekretärin sagte, der Mann, auf den sie mich verwies, sei derzeit bei einem Kunden und er werde mich später am Tag zurückrufen. Ich erhielt einen Anruf, wir sprachen kurz darüber, welche Dienstleistungen ich brauchte, und diskutierten nie über den Geldbetrag, den er abwickeln würde, wenn ich mit dieser Firma Geschäfte machen würde. Der Mann sagt weiter, er sei einer der höheren Mitarbeiter (möglicherweise Teilhaber) und er würde mich an jemanden weiterleiten, der billiger ist, wohlgemerkt, ich habe nie angegeben, wie viel Geld er handhaben würde. Er fährt fort, dass er ältere Kunden nimmt, die von seinen anderen Kunden empfohlen werden, und er meint, ich würde am besten mit jemandem bedient, der billiger ist als er. Auch hier haben wir nie über die Nummer gesprochen. Die Annahme, dass ich nicht genug Geld hatte, um für seinen Dienst zu bezahlen, war sehr unhöflich und herabwürdigend! Ich weigere mich, mit solchen Leuten Geschäfte zu machen.
