Exzellenter Kundenservice bei meinem letzten Mühlenkauf.

Kürzlich kaufte eine Precision Matthews PM932 Mühle / Bohrmaschine. Ich habe es wie versprochen rechtzeitig erhalten. Die Maschinenqualität ist für die Preisklasse wie erwartet. Es gab ein paar Probleme, aber Quality Machine Tools hat sich sofort darum gekümmert. Tolle Firma mit tollem Kundenservice.

Ich habe ein Einfädelwerkzeug kaputt gemacht und sie haben mir das Ersatzteil erstklassig und kostenlos geschickt. Erstklassiger Kundenservice, ich sagte ihnen, was mein Problem war und sie erwähnten nicht einmal die Kosten. Sie sagten nur: "Wir haben sie, wir bekommen heute eine per Post." 10/10 Jungs!

Ich habe im April 2018 eine 1440GS-Drehmaschine gekauft. Das Personal ist kompetent und professionell. Als ich die Drehmaschine erhielt, waren einige Teile entweder falsch oder fehlten.
Bis zum 4. August 2008 warte ich immer noch auf eine Abdeckschraube. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Ausrüstung vor dem Versand betrieben wurde, um sicherzustellen, dass alles so ist, wie es sein sollte. Ich weiß nicht, wie dies sein könnte, da einige der Sicherheitsschalter nicht richtig waren Die einzige Möglichkeit, die Maschine zu starten, besteht darin, den Sicherheitsschalter zu übersteuern. Jemand hat eine Abdeckungsschraube installiert, die so kurz war, dass sie beim Entfernen der Abdeckung von der Maschine fiel.
Mein Überblick über die Maschine ist, dass es sich um eine hochwertige Drehmaschine handelt, bei der Sie möglicherweise einen Teil der Endmontage vornehmen müssen, um sie in Betrieb zu nehmen.
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, aber ich muss mich wieder bei Mattehws Precision einkaufen.

Matt ist ein großartiger Typ, mit dem man arbeiten kann. Er traf mich an einem Samstag in seiner Freizeit, um mir beim Laden der gekauften Drehmaschine zu helfen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Drehmaschine zu diesem Preis. Ich glaube, sie ist die wettbewerbsfähigste auf dem Markt.
