Fantastisches Personal! Alle, mit denen ich zusammengearbeitet habe, um meine Mutter in die Einrichtung zu bringen, waren äußerst hilfreich. Lucia und Tony waren außergewöhnlich gastfreundlich und zeigten Geduld und Flexibilität mit mir, um den Komfort meiner Mutter zu gewährleisten, sogar bis zu dem Punkt, dass die beste Freundin meiner Mutter viele Male kostenlos mit ihr zu Abend essen konnte. Dies half der Einstellung meiner Mutter enorm. Sie ist jetzt seit fast zwei Monaten dort und liebt es. Da ich außerhalb der Gegend wohne, ist es eine große Erleichterung zu wissen, dass sie gut versorgt ist.
