Mein Name ist John Common. Ich erinnere mich, dass ich 1987 in das Martin Smith-Gebäude auf Second & Cherry gegangen bin und nach Büroräumen gesucht habe, auf die ich Greg Smith gestoßen bin. Ich hatte kein Geld, nichts Greg Greg gab mir buchstäblich einen Büroraum, um meine Start-up-Werbeagentur zu leiten. Als ich meine Warranty Company Warranty USA startete, vertraten sie mich bei allen Mietverträgen und nachfolgenden Gebäudekäufen. Ich arbeitete direkt mit Dan Stutz zusammen. Diese Jungs sind großartig, verstehen den Seattle Market und haben mich immer fair behandelt.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, am 2. und Frühling 5 Monate in ihrem Holyoke-Gebäude zu sein. Ich möchte jedoch einen Vorfall erwähnen, der meinen Aufenthalt dort beeinträchtigt und mich zum Auszug veranlasst hat.

Das Gebäude selbst ist fantastisch, aber die stellvertretenden Führungskräfte können definitiv an ihrem Kundenservice arbeiten. Ich hatte nach Stunden eine Veranstaltung an unserem Arbeitsplatz veranstaltet und der Hausverwalter wusste es nicht. Anstatt höflich zu erklären, dass eine Tür aufgeschlossen wird, beleidigte er meine Kunden und meinen Gast. beschuldigt mich, minderjährige Alkoholiker zu werben. Er war nicht nur unprofessionell, weil er geradezu unhöflich war. Er zeigte mit den Fingern nur wenige Zentimeter von meinem Gästegesicht entfernt und beleidigte sie ins Gesicht.

Ich hatte das Glück, nach dem Vorfall eine Audienz bei Ryan und Mark zu bekommen. Beide sind echte gute Jungs, konnten aber meiner Bitte um ein neues Managementpersonal, das in diesem bestimmten Gebäude arbeitet, nicht nachkommen. Seien Sie nur vorsichtig, wenn Sie eine Immobilie mieten, um das Personal außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten und auch die Person, die für das Gebäudemanagement verantwortlich sein soll, ordnungsgemäß zu überprüfen.
