Die Eigenschaften: Ihre Freiflächenpfade und ihre Karten vor Ort werden eher uneinheitlich gepflegt. Viele sind im Vergleich zu anderen Organisationen ziemlich schlecht gezeichnet oder veraltet. Ich schlage vor, dass Wanderer die TrailsMV-App herunterladen, da ihre MV-Landbank-Sigs selten und inkonsistent auf den Trails sind und oft keine anderen Trails auf den Karten oder die Anweisungen zurück zum Start anzeigen.

Organisation: Es ist eine Ironie, dass die MV Landbank von den Immobilienbesitzern bei jedem Immobilienverkauf obligatorische Gebühren erhebt und den Fonds ausgibt, um die Freiflächen zu erhalten oder die Entwicklung durch den Kauf weiterer Freiflächen auszugleichen.
In den letzten Jahren hat sich die Landbank jedoch mit dem Entwicklungsunternehmen zusammengetan, dessen Ziel es war, eine berüchtigte Zersiedelung zu entwickeln, die in das offene Land eindringt, die Infrastrukturen der ländlichen Stadt in Frage stellt und die Freiflächen und Gebäudeeigenschaften auf dem Grundstück der Landbank reduziert.
Der Kompromiss der Landbank in Bezug auf solche Auswirkungen auf die Entwicklung belastete die Grundsteuerzahler der Stadt immer mehr. Dieser Kompromiss, ohne die Inselstädte zu fragen, steht in völligem Widerspruch zu ihrem Leitbild und verrät viele Inselhausbesitzer / Steuerzahler, die ihr Ziel unterstützt hatten. Jetzt klingt alles nach einem Lippenbekenntnis nach Kompromissen.
