Mein Onkel war kürzlich gestorben und ich kenne die Details nicht wirklich, aber er ist in der Nähe von Indianapolis gestorben. Hoffentlich ist er nicht hier, weil das niemand verdient

Es ist 3 Monate her, seit mein Bruder gestorben ist. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir in 6-8 Wochen Ergebnisse haben würden. Als wir anriefen, um eine Statusaktualisierung zu erhalten, sagten sie nur, sie seien beschäftigt und würden in einem Monat zurückrufen. Das ist lächerlich. Ich wünschte, es gäbe eine Bewertung von weniger als einem Stern.

Pam Young ist sehr unprofessionell, meine Mutter ist vor 3 Wochen verstorben und ich brauchte die Repots, die sie mich fragte, warum ich sie brauche, als ob es mich nichts angeht, als ich vor meinem Kommen anrief und mir gesagt wurde, ich könnte sie abholen, sehr unhöfliche Dame, die ich abhole Ich bin 32 Jahre alt und habe gerade meine Mutter bei einem Autounfall verloren. Deshalb brauche ich den Bericht.

Wie alle anderen gesagt haben, immer noch auf die Sterbeurkunde meiner Mutter warten. Es ist 13 Wochen her. Völlig inakzeptabel!
