Ein einzelner Kunde kommt an, benötigt einen nicht standardmäßigen Ausdruck mit einem Ausschnitt und arrangiert eine E-Mail mit den Details der Bestellung. Alles scheint schön zu sein, aber später stellt sich heraus, dass er mit einer völlig anderen Person korrespondiert hat (krank, drogenfrei) und die Bestellung von einem anderen Mitarbeiter ausgeführt wird. Solange es sich auf die E-Mail-Adresse beschränkte - freundlich - von Angesicht zu Angesicht - unangenehmer, sogar unhöflicher Service. Ich werde dem Kunden gegenüber keine Zweifel erwähnen - der Mitarbeiter behauptet und aggressiv gegenüber dem Kunden (nach dem Prinzip "Sie haben etwas für mich?"). Er hat eine gute Ausbildung zu Hause gelassen, behandelt Kunden "vom Schuh" und möchte seinem Mittelfinger zeigen, dass jemand überhaupt etwas will und zusätzlich Geld dafür hinterlässt. Seltsam, es sei denn, Sie möchten das Geschäft schnell "aufrollen". Ich empfehle nicht.
