Dr. Caruso ist ein großartiger Arzt. Er reparierte meinen zerbrochenen Arm (gebrochene Schulter und Ellbogen sowie Ulnarradius und Handgelenk). Er verteidigte mich mit meiner Arbeiterentschädigung. Ich liebe ihn, hoffe aber, dass ich ihn nicht mehr brauche.

Dr. Caruso legte ihren Arm und legte sie in eine temporäre Schiene in das Icu. Nachsorge war ein Albtraum. Dr. Caruso musste beim 10-tägigen Besuch eine weitere Reduzierung vornehmen und eine dauerhafte Besetzung vornehmen. Schmerzmittel wurden nie verschrieben. Ich habe 3 Tage angerufen. Und wurde ja gesagt, dass sie bestellt wurden. Meine Apotheke rief sogar TOG an, aber sie wurden nie bestellt. Ich äußerte meine Besorgnis über Dr. Caruso 3 Wochen später, er sagte, es gebe einen Computerfehler, so dass Mama nie Schmerzmittel erhielt. Als nächstes war für heute Morgen um 10:40 Uhr eine App zum Entfernen des Gipsverbandes geplant. Wir kamen im Büro an und sagten, wir seien 4 Tage früher. Wir fuhren 25 Minuten, weil uns gesagt wurde, wir könnten Dr. Caruso nur in Yardley sehen. Wir wurden dann zur Entfernung des Gipsverbandes zum Büro in Pennington umgeleitet. Der gesamte Prozess dauerte fast 4 Stunden, die niemand verschwenden muss. Jetzt sehen wir in Hamilton, wo wir leben. Ich werde nie wieder TOG wählen
