Wirklich schlechter Kundenservice. Gut, wenn es keine Probleme, aber kein E-Mail-Kontaktsystem gibt, eine Live-Chat-Linie auf der Website nicht zu finden ist und das Telefon nicht beantwortet wird. Heute war der 4. Anruf wegen zwei fehlender Lieferungen und nach 35 Minuten habe ich aufgegeben. Ich habe einen lokalen Bauernhof gefunden.

Das System hat mich dazu gebracht, einen Stern zu geben, aber im Laufe der Jahre ist die Milk & More Muller-Organisation außer dem Milchmann, der großartig war, miserabel.

Es ist absolut schrecklich, mit dieser Firma umzugehen. ihre Website ist schlecht und ihr Chat-Dienst ist nutzlos. Ich habe heute viel Zeit damit verschwendet, mich mit einem Agenten in seiner Chat-Line zu beschäftigen. Er konnte mir bei der Bestellung nicht helfen und behandelte mich wie eine unerwünschte Kaution auf seiner Schuhsohle. Mein Zusteller ist fantastisch und ich verspüre den starken Drang, ihn zu unterstützen, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich dies weiterhin tun werde, da sein Unternehmen keine individuelle Unterstützung bietet.

Dies richtet sich speziell an Milk and More, eine ihrer Tochtergesellschaften. Wie andere bemerkt haben, ist ihre Website eine funktionale Katastrophe. Der Versuch, eine Bestellung anzupassen, ist nahezu unmöglich. Meine Frau dachte, sie hätte es geknackt und bestellte 1 Milch und 1 Orangensaft M-W-F. Ich öffnete am Freitag die Tür und hatte 3 Milch und 3 Orangensaft.

Ich rief den Kundendienst an, um Hilfe zu erhalten. Der irische $%^&, der meinen Anruf entgegennahm, war arrogant, unhöflich und redete ständig über mich hinweg. Sie hat sich nur die Bestellungen angesehen und gesagt, dass das, was bestellt wurde, geliefert wurde. Ich versuchte immer wieder, ihr klarzumachen, dass die Website so klar wie Schlamm war und ich Hilfe brauchte. Aber sie wurde nur lauter und verteidigte weiterhin die Lieferung. Ich hatte endlich genug und sprach laut über sie und fragte, ob sie mich sprechen lassen würde. Dann sagte sie mir, ich solle nicht in diesem Ton mit ihr sprechen. Ich sagte ihr, sie solle es stopfen und mein Konto kündigen, dann legte ich auf.

Ich habe die Hölle gespielt, um herauszufinden, wie man ein Konto auflöst. Meine Frau fand es schließlich in einer kleinen Schrift, die nur etwas dunkler als der Hintergrund schattiert war.
