Beide von der Firma eingereichten Jahre wurden geprüft. Ich wurde im Vorfeld der Prüfung ignoriert und Michael rief mich am Abend zuvor an, dass er an meinen Steuern arbeite und dort sein werde, niemand tauchte auf. Eine der schrecklichsten Erfahrungen mit einem Auditor ohne CPA.

Einer meiner Kunden nutzte M & K, nachdem sein CPA in den Ruhestand gegangen war, und es ist ein Albtraum. Abschreibungen weggelassen, keine Probesalden, enorme ungeklärte Anpassungen der Gewinnrücklagen. Ich konnte keine direkten Antworten von Mr. Manis bekommen, er schickte mir fehlerhafte oder überflüssige Informationen und er sagte mir sogar mit Bestimmtheit, dass ich kein Glück hatte, Probesalden für die Rücksendungen zu bekommen. Mein Kunde gibt weitere 3000 US-Dollar aus, um die letzten zwei Jahre nachzufüllen. Kein Wunder, dass die SEC ihn und die Firma letztes Jahr sanktioniert und mit einer Geldstrafe belegt hat.

Wir haben M & K-CPAs in gutem Glauben eingestellt, um bei der Steuererklärung für 2014 zu helfen. Sie reagierten nicht, waren völlig unprofessionell und haben infolgedessen IRS-Strafen verhängt. Eine Beschwerde wurde beim State Board eingereicht. Ich würde sie NICHT empfehlen.
