Ich wohne seit vielen Jahren auf Ihrem Grundstück am Villa Cliff Drive. Ich bleibe immer, weil der Preis gut war und meine Kinderschule in der Nähe ist. In letzter Zeit waren die letzten 2 Jahre hart. Ihr Leasing-Personal ist bedauerlich. Ich habe meine Mitteilung eingereicht und wünschte, ich könnte alle E-Mails und Anrufe mit Belästigungshinweisen hochladen. Von Leasing-Mitarbeitern, die meine Fragen nicht beantworten wollten, von der neuen heute eine neue Anzeige für 3 kaputte Jalousien und für jede Lamelle 100 $ in Rechnung gestellt werden wollen. Ich fühle mich belästigt, respektlos und ängstlich. Sie hatten meine Kündigung und versuchten immer noch, mich zu zwingen, 2 Wochen vor meinem Auszug einen Antrag zu unterschreiben und auszufüllen. Ich werde all diese belästigenden und unkonventionellen Mietverstöße an das BBB (Better Business Bureau) senden. Danken Sie dem Herrn, dass ich eine Familie im Leasing habe, die mir viel Wissen gegeben hat, und ich habe zugehört und alle meine Aufzeichnungen aufbewahrt.

Meine Mutter wohnt seit über 30 Tagen auf dem Grundstück Latitude 2976. Ab Samstag 11.10.2020 bin ich auch neuer Mieter. Wenn ich Ihnen sage, dass dies bisher die ABSOLUT SCHLECHTESTE Entscheidung war, die einer von uns getroffen hat. Zwischen den zahlreichen Beschwerden über die Mängel des Büro- und Wartungspersonals. Zu den eklatanten Lügen und mangelnder Rechenschaftspflicht. Ich weiß, dass ich meinen Mietvertrag hier NICHT verlängern werde. Außerdem ist die Regionalmanagerin Kendra die unprofessionellste Frau, die ich mir vorstellen kann. Ich muss sagen, sich vorstellen statt treffen, weil wir ihr viele Male per E-Mail bezüglich der Probleme, auf die wir gestoßen sind, gemailt haben. Und sie hat es bewusst versäumt, darauf zu reagieren oder einen anderen Vorgesetzten des Unternehmens reagieren zu lassen. Ich würde sagen, niemand sollte JEMALS bei Lurin mieten, weil sie ihre Bewohner nicht schätzen. Sie bilden ihre Mitarbeiter auch nicht zu Profis aus, die stolz auf ihre Arbeit sind!

Hallo, ich bin seit 15 Jahren hier und ich liebe es hier, die Apartments sind alle modernisiert, die Zimmer sind größer als die meisten Apartments, sie befinden sich in der Nähe von allem, was ich brauche, unser Büro- und Wartungspersonal ist sehr freundlich, schnell, professionell und höflich, wir alle lieben sie und sie lieben uns ... dies ist eine großartige Atmosphäre, um eine Familie zu gründen, alle meine Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir passen aufeinander auf weit nach Kalifornien, Mississippi, Arkansas, um hier zu leben. Wenn Sie also nach einem großartigen Ort zum Leben suchen, kommen Sie hier nach Alpine Creek, ich würde Sie nicht anlügen! Nimm mein Wort

Es gab schwarzen Schimmel in meiner Wohnung, Müll auf dem Gelände, Drogen, Lärm, Probleme mit den Leitungen und so weiter. Tu dir selbst einen Gefallen und beschäftige dich nicht mit diesen zwielichtigen Leuten.
